Description

The SP63 machine is designed to create pillow packs down to 0.7 inches in width. The SP63 can be configured to package granular, powder, or liquid products. The SP63 is compatible with all common multilayer packaging materials including paper, foil, PE, OPP, etc. The SP63 automatically performs all steps in the packaging process including forming the bag, dispensing the product, sealing the bag, embossing a date/lot code, creating an easy open tear notch, and cutting the bag. The SP63 has independent temperature controllers for the vertical and horizontal sealers. The SP63 includes an optical detector for registration tracking, and can work in or out of register tracking mode.
