Description

The HT-1162A flow wrapper can be used to pack solid products such as crackers, cookies, candies, bar soap, etc. The HT-1162A automatically performs all steps in the packaging process including forming the bag and seals, wrapping the product, embossing a user defined date or lot code, and cutting the bag. The HT-1162A forms seals on both ends and the backside of the package, and is compatible with virtually all common multilayer packaging materials including foil, PET, OPP, etc. The HT-1162A features independent servo motors for film feeding, end seal cutting, and product feeding. The HT-1162A has stainless steel at contact surfaces with the product, and features solid state electronics to control sealing temperature. Bag length, packaging speed, and sealing temperature are adjustable parameters. The HT-1162A works in or out of registration tracking mode.
