The HB1162 machine can be used to pack irregularly shaped products such as loose crackers, cookies, candies, etc. The HB1162 automatically performs all steps in the packaging process including forming the bag and seals, wrapping the product, embossing a user defined date or lot code, and cutting the bag. The HB1162 forms seals on both ends and the backside of the package, and is compatible with all common multilayer packaging materials including paper, foil, PE, OPP, etc. The HB1162 uses double frequency conversion to control bag length and packaging speed. The HB1162 features a Schneider inverter, Teco master motor, and Yamatake temperature controller. The HB1162 has stainless steel at contact surfaces with the product, and features solid state electronics to control sealing temperature and material film speed. Bag length, packaging speed, dispensed volume, and sealing temperature are adjustable parameters. The HB1162 works in or out of registration tracking mode
