Description

The HT-1711 machine can be used to pack solid products such as crackers, cookies, candies, bar soap, cakes, pizzas, muffins, etc. The HT-1711 automatically performs all steps in the packaging process including forming the bag and seals, wrapping the product, printing a user defined date or lot code, and cutting the bag. The HT-1711forms seals on both ends and the backside of the package, and is compatible with virtually all common laminated packaging materials including paper, foil, PE, OPP, etc. The HT-1711 uses double frequency conversion to control bag length and packaging speed. The HT-1711 has stainless steel at contact surfaces with the product, and features solid state electronics to control sealing temperature and material film speed. Bag length, packaging speed, and sealing temperature are adjustable parameters. The HT-1711 works in or out of registration tracking mode. The HT-1711 shuts down when the film is used up. The HT-1711 end seal clutch helps prolong cutter life and prevent damage to the machine during jam-ups.
